PUNTO DI VISTA

Un fiore che pensavo insignificante mi si è rivelato sotto tutt’altra luce durante un viaggio alle Azzorre.

Le ortensie, coltivate ovunque nella penombra dei giardini condominiali milanesi, raramente suscitano l’interesse dei miei occhi. Eppure, in tutt’altro ambiente, alle isole Azzorre, dove crescono abbondanti come siepi e ai bordi delle strade, mi hanno affascinato e sono diventate protagoniste di questa serie di scatti.

A flower that I have always considered insignificant was revealed in a different way during a vacation in the Azores Islands.
The Hydrangeas that commonly grows in many quiet private gardens and courts in Milan, rarely catch my interest. While, in a completely different environment, the Azores Islands, where they grow naturally in garden’s hedges and along roadsides, I found these flowers really interesting enough to become the subject of this series of pictures.
