EQUILIBRIO

Dettagli e panoramiche, linee orizzontali e verticali, curve, luci e ombre, complessità e semplicità: fotografare l’architettura è trovare un equilibrio tra quelle che talvolta sono dicotomie, talvolta sono insiemi di elementi che si compenetrano pur rimanendo distinti.

Geometrie materiche che dialogano fra loro, ponendosi una di fianco all’altra per creare ambienti unici in cui ogni componente svolge il suo ruolo specifico ed essenziale, senza il quale non si avrebbe lo stesso risultato.

Apertura agli stimoli in ogni momento, attenzione vigile verso ciò che ci sta intorno, concentrazione nel sentire, nel vedere e nel guardare. Spazi interni, luoghi storici, città intere hanno corde sottili che vibrano nelle loro architetture, che attraverso la fotografia vengono riorganizzate come in un quadro, in cui delicata è la cura per trovare l’equilibrio tra colori, materiali, luci e soggetti.

Equilibrio: questa è la parola chiave.

Details and overviews, horizontal and vertical lines, curves, light and shadow, complexity and simplicity: photographing architecture implies finding the balance in what sometimes are dichotomies, and sometimes are sets of interpenetrated yet distinct elements.

Material geometries that dialogue with each other, placing themselves side by side with the aim of creating unique environments in which each component plays its specific and essential role, without which the same result would not be achieved.

Openness to stimuli at all times, vigilant attention to what is around us, concentration in feeling, seeing and looking. Interior spaces, historic places, whole cities have subtle strings vibrating in their architectures, which through photography are rearranged as in a painting, in which delicate care is taken in order to find the right balance between colors, materials, lights and subjects.

Balance: this is the keyword.
