Come fotografo, ho trovato interessante immortalare la Bourse de Commerce di Parigi. Questo luogo rappresenta un matrimonio perfetto tra storia e modernità. Attraverso i miei scatti, ho cercato di evidenziare l’imponente struttura circolare dell’edificio.

Le linee pulite e le superfici lisce degli interni dialogano con le tracce del passato, come le colonne e gli archi originali. La sfida è stata trovare angoli che esprimessero questo contrasto, immortalando dettagli come la pietra antica accanto ai metalli moderni. Ogni fotografia è un tentativo di far emergere il dialogo tra il vecchio e il nuovo, mostrando come l’architettura possa evolversi mantenendo un profondo rispetto per le sue radici storiche. La Bourse de Commerce è un luogo dove il tempo sembra sospeso, e catturarne l’essenza è stata un’esperienza straordinaria.

As a photographer, I found it fascinating to capture the Bourse de Commerce in Paris. This place represents a perfect marriage between history and modernity.

Through my shots, I aimed to highlight the imposing circular structure of the building. The clean lines and smooth surfaces of the interiors interact with the traces of the past, such as the original columns and arches. The challenge was to find angles that expressed this contrast, capturing details like ancient stone alongside modern metals. Each photograph is an attempt to bring out the dialogue between the old and the new, showing how architecture can evolve while maintaining a deep respect for its historical roots. The Bourse de Commerce is a place where time seems suspended, and capturing its essence was an extraordinary experience.
