Le città d’arte in Italia sono veramente tantissime: ogni borgo, ogni centro ha un patrimonio culturale che viene preservato e che rende questo Paese ricco di storia e di cultura. Ci sono però alcune città che vengono subito in mente: Firenze, Roma, e – soprattutto nell’ultimo periodo, con il Festival del Cinema (o meglio, la 79. Mostra Internazionale d’Arte Cinematografica) e la Biennale d’Arte – Venezia.

Le sue calli, i suoi ponti, i suoi quartieri la rendono un luogo unico al mondo, tanto da attirare e affascinare centinaia di migliaia di turisti da ogni continente. Per fortuna, esistono ancora luoghi in cui assaporare la magia di questa città lontani dalla congestione turistica: l’isola della Giudecca, dove ancora si respira semplicità e si prova una sensazione di vita reale, dove le persone vivono in tranquillità circondate dalla meraviglia.

The cities of art in Italy are truly many: every town, every city center has a cultural heritage that is preserved and that makes this country rich in history and culture. However, there are some cities that immediately come to mind: Florence, Rome, and – especially in the last period, with the Film Festival (or rather, the 79th International Film Festival) and the Art Biennale – Venice.

Its little streets, bridges, and neighborhoods make it a unique place in the world, so much so that it attracts and fascinates hundreds of thousands of tourists from every continent. Fortunately, there are still places where you can savor the magic of this city away from the tourist congestion: the island of Giudecca, where you can breathe simplicity and feel a sense of real life, where people live in tranquility surrounded by wonder.
